[Eisfair] httpd not running

Wie ich das eben versucht habe, lagen die PID's für den apche immer bei 
27000 und höher

Danach hab ich den SSL ausgeschaltet, die PID's lagen immer noch so hoch 
, aber es stand nicht mehr graceful sondern start dahinter.

Ich habe eben CA lelöscht und neu gemacht, und das Certifikat für den 
apache.
Dann hab ich SSL im Apache wieder eingeschaltet und der apache läuft, 
aber mit kleiner PID's

Ich hab dann noch mal den Apache gestopt und gestartet und er läuft mit 
eingeschaltet SSL und mein Owncloud ist auch wieder da.

Kann es sein das der Eisfair PID's doppelt vergibt ????

Und warum steht einmal graceful und einmal start hinter der PID ?
