Die Netzwerk-Karte hängt an der PCI-Bridge? Bei der ist wakeup disabled. 
Schau mal im BIOS nach, ob PCI- und PCIE-Geräte den PC wecken dürfen - 
wenn nicht, ändere das entsprechend und sehe Dir dann noch einmal 
/proc/acpi/wakeup an. Und zeige mal die Ausgabe von

lspci -tv

Deine Netzwerk-Karte (02:09.0) taucht in /proc/acpi/wakeup überhaupt 
nicht auf, was das Ganze schwierig macht.
