[Eisfair] Problem mit hwclock nach Update

Hallo Holger,

Jetzt siehts SO aus:

 > Assuming hardware clock is kept in UTC time.

Irgendwas klemmt scheinbar immernoch.
Übrigens geht jetzt die Version aus 2.23.1 auch nicht mehr ...
