Bitte mal den PUBLIC_KEY-Part aus der ssh-Konfiguration.

Du schriebst mal folgende Fehlermeldung:

SSH_PUBLIC_KEY_2 - File /root/.ssh/id_ed25519.pub does not exist or is 
not readable

Den Key gibt es wirklich nicht. (s. o.)
