Die man in der phpmyadmin-Konfigurationsdatei frei festlegen kann:

PHPMYADMIN_UPLOADDIR=''           # Destination directory for uploaded sql
                                  # scripts
PHPMYADMIN_SAVEDIR=''             # Destination directory for db dump files
PHPMYADMIN_DOCSQLDIR=''           # The name of the directory where docSQL
                                  # files can be uploaded for import into
                                  # phpMyAdmin
