[Eisfair] E1 und VPN-Tunnel per vpnd 0.4.5

Hallo NG,

ich habe seit kurzem (leider weiß ich nicht genau seit wann) das
Problem, daß ich keinen VPN-Tunnel mehr per vpnd 0.4.5 zu einem E1
aufbauen kann. Nach einem Neustart des Server bekomme ich genau ein Mal
eine Verbindung hin, danach schlagen alle Versuche fehl.

base     : 2.6.8
eiskernel: 2.18.0 (3.2.75-eisfair-1-SMP)

Geändert wurde die Fritzbox (Model 7490 wurde gegen 7430 getauscht), die
ja das Portforwarding (1723 und GRE) macht.
