Wieso wird das - scheinbar nicht vorhandene - lokale exim-Zertifikat
gegenüber dem externen Provider benutzt?

eis88.lan kann nicht aufgelöst werden; die Clients sind in fritz.box.

Hat das eine Auswirkung?

Folgendes sieht doch nach gelungener gesicherter Übertragung aus, wobei ich
die Zeilen mit dem t-online-Server noch nicht verstehe:
