[Eisfair] Nach (vermutlich) Base update kc3b6nnen sich user nicht mehr per ssh anmelden

Das nagios Paket erzeugt einen User nagios mit shell=/bin/false

Ein solcher User kann sich nicht via ssh anmelden!
