Das Paket smartmontools wäre hier Dein Freund, allerdings etwas alt, womit
Deine SSD eventuell nicht erkannt wird.

Passieren kann da aber nichts.

Die Interpretation der smartmon-Daten ist aber auch nicht einfach, es sind
mir schon Platten abgerauscht, deren SMART-Daten unauffällig waren. 

Hier ein paar Beispielaufrufe:

eis # smartctl -H /dev/hda

Das smartmontools-Paket schickt Dir auch Mails, wenn sich bestimmte
SMART-Parameter ändern.
