[Eisfair] brute_force_blocking fehlendes putty-tools

Hier mal eine kleine Testreihe mit einem anderen Paket, die bestätigt, dass
hier immer nur die geforderte Version installiert werden kann. tcpdump hat
die Version 2.8.0:
