Bitte mal den passenden Ausschnitt aus /var/log/rsnapshot posten, das ist
aussagekräftiger.

Hier mal das Erstanlegen und die erste Rotation des daily-Levels:

Das waren 16 GB über eine USB 2.0-Schnittstelle in run 10 Minuten.

Jetzt die erste Rotation:

Effektiv mussten rund 200 MB kopiert werden.

Der Schulserver ist garantiert kein Ferrari, na gut, im Vergleich zum dem,
was ich zuhause habe schon. Das System ist hardwaremäßig von 2012 mit
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q8300 @ 2.50GHz, 8 GB Ram und WD Red-Platten
(5400 U/min).

2,4 GB in 38 Minuten? Das sieht mir allerdings sehr lahm aus.

Das sind aber nur die geänderten Daten. Wie groß ist den der gesamte
Datenbestand:

Gehe mal in das Verzeichnis, wo rsnapshot seine Levels ablegt und mache da
ein:

du -hs *

Welches Dateisystem hat das Sicherungslaufwerk?
