Ich kenne die Testversion nicht, vielleicht hat die noch python (ohne 2)
required; das aktuelle Paket required python2.

Es handelt sich bei beiden um python2, das wurde aber zur deutlicheren
Unterscheidung umbenannt, weil es nun auch python3 gibt.

Das hat mit deinem lokalen Serverzertifikat zu tun.

Poste bitte mal die Deatils und die Kette deines Zertifikates.
