[Eisfair] certs_dehydrated: Wechsel von test to live modus

Hallo Jürgen,

habe erstmal im test Modus getestet und nachdem das geklappt hatte auf live
Modus umgestellt, worauf dann folgende Meldung erschien:

To accept these terms of service run `/usr/bin/dehydrated --register
--accept-terms`.

Habe darauf /usr/bin/dehydrated --register --accept-terms ausgeführt; danach
war zwar diese Fehlermeldung weg, aber das vorhandene test-Zertifikat wurde
nicht ersetzt, da noch bis Februar gültig:

 + Checking expire date of existing cert...

(Longer than 30 days). Skipping renew!
 + OSCP stapling file is still valid (skipping update)

Habe dann aus dem Menu ein Renew forciert:

 + Checking expire date of existing cert...

(Longer than 30 days). Ignoring because renew was forced!
