[Eisfair] Nextcloud 1.5.1 Installation schlägt fehl wegen fehlendem PHP7

Achso, was mir gerade noch aufgefallen ist: Nextcloud 1.5.1 ist sowohl 
in den stabilen sowie in den instabilen Paketen zu finden. Da passt was 
nicht ganz.
