[Eisfair] Openvpn2 1.0.15 für eisfair-1 und eisfair-64 released

Hallo Olaf,
Nutze openvpn schon sehr lange und habe auf deine neue Version 1.0.16 
upgedated.

Alle anderen eisfair Paket sind up-to-date mit base 2.8.19 und kernel 
pae 3.46.0
