[Eisfair] roundcube

Hallo,
ich habe festgestellt, dass roundcube nicht mehr funktioniert.
Nach Aufruf der Konfiguration kommt folgende Meldung:

mail has been enabled ...
PHP7-WEB module test failure, make sure that the web server is running!
PHP7-WEB INTL module: enabled, but not loaded!
Database type  : sqlite
Database server: localhost

pre-requisites not met, fix it and re-run configuration!

Im Browser kommt Keine Berechtigung.

Der Eisfair ist aktuell, ich habe php7 aktiviert.
Ich habe das roundcube,php7,mail und apache2 reinstalliert. alles bringt 
keine Änderung.

Hat jemand eine Idee und was muss ich noch liefern?
