Nein, siehe anderen Post :)

Notfalls kannst du mit
touch  /owncloud/remote.php/dav/addressbooks/gro... die angemeckerten,
fehlenden Dateien einfach blind erstellen und so dem Block umgehen.
Ich persönlich würde aber auf die Thunderbird Hausmittel zurückgreifen.
