ja habe ich, der Fehler lag jetzt darin, das er nun das apxs total 
ignoriert hat, daher stimmt der target im makefile.in nicht.
Das meldet jetzt make selbst....
Der Fehler liegt in ./configure mit der Fehlermeldung
could not find :/usr/bin/local/apache2/bin/apxs  etc. s.o.
ändere ich den Pfad, meldet er das mit invalid location.
somit stimmt der Pfad, aber nicht das apxs :-(
brauche ich noch was für Perl, obwohl das ist auch da ??
