Hi,

in 3.12.10a

Zuersteinmal fällt mir auf, ich sehe mit sane-find-scanner erst
etwas, wenn ich vorher manuell eingebe

| modprobe scanner vendor=0x03f0 product=0x2d11

Dann kommt:

| root at eis (/root)# sane-find-scanner
|
| # sane-find-scanner will now attempt to detect your scanner. If the
| # result is different from what you expected, first make sure your
| # scanner is powered up and properly connected to your computer.
|
| # No SCSI scanners found. If you expected something different, make sure that
| # you have loaded a kernel SCSI driver for your SCSI adapter.
| # Also you need support for SCSI Generic (sg) in your operating system.
| # If using Linux, try "modprobe sg".
|
| found USB scanner (vendor=0x03f0, product=0x2d11) at /dev/usbscanner0

| root at eis (/etc/sane.d)# scanimage -L
| device `hpaio:/usb/OfficeJet_6100_Series?serial=MYxxx' is a Hewlett-Packard OfficeJet_6100_Series all-in-one
| device `net:eis.domain:hpaio:/usb/OfficeJet_6100_Series?serial=MYxxx' is a Hewlett-Packard OfficeJet_6100_Series all-in-one
| device `net:localhost:hpaio:/usb/OfficeJet_6100_Series?serial=MYxxx' is a Hewlett-Packard OfficeJet_6100_Series all-in-one

Soweit, so gut.

hpaio habe ich neben net auch manuell in /etc/sane.d/ eingetragen,
weil das Setup dieses Backend nicht kennt.

Ein hpaio.conf gibt es in diesem Verzeichnis nicht.

Im Setup-Menu:

Find scanner zeigt:

| Find scanner
|
| found USB scanner (vendor=0x03f0, product=0x2d11) at /dev/usbscanner0
|
| Press ENTER to continue

Test scanner:

| Test if SANE found the scanner
|
| found USB scanner (vendor=0x03f0, product=0x2d11) at /dev/usbscanner0

aber dann geht es nicht weiter. Ich muß per ctrl-c abbrechen.

Scan image

| Scanner: is a Hewlett-Packard OfficeJet 6100 Series all-in-one
| on : hpaio:/usb/OfficeJet_6100_Series?serial=MYxxx
|
| Resolution: yes dpi
| Mode: yes
| Top-left x position:
| Top-left y position:
| Width: 210
| Height: 297
| Image type: png
| Image name: ImageScan-2012-10-30-00-59-18
| Image path: /tmp
|
| Scanning in progress ...

und dann irgendwann:

| scanimage: open of device hpaio:/usb/OfficeJet_6100_Series?serial=MYxxx failed: Invalid argument
|
| ...failure
| Retry (y/n) [yes]?
