ich leider auch nicht und kann mir eine Wechselwirkung nicht erklären; da du dies vermutest, hast du einmal
apache2/apache2_php deaktiviert/deinstalliert?

Mein eis1 läuft mit eiskernel 2.8.0 und UTF-8, evtl. ist das relevant.
Hier ein Ausschnitt meiner Konfiguration, ob da was relevantes dabei ist, vermute ich nicht.
Falls du etwas relevantes für apache2 brauchst, bitte nochmal melden.
