Ich gehe einmal davon aus, dass an diesem USB-Seriell-Port die
USV hängt.

Hast Du es schon einmal mit folgender Konfiguration versucht,
da 'nut-scanner -U' einen abweichenden Treiber auswirft:
NUT_SERVER_1_DRIVER='nutdrv_qx'
NUT_SERVER_1_PORT='auto'
NUT_SERVER_1_CABLE=''

Solange der NUT-Dienst nicht sauber mit der USV kommunizieren kann,
lohnt es nicht andere Funktionen zu testen.
