Mir fällt gerade auf, dass die Optik der Mail nicht ganz passt, denn mit der
neuen Version sollte sie etwas so aussehen:

Gibt es bei Dir /etc/smartd_warning.sh?

Bitte restarte den Service und poste die komplette Testmail (eventuell
vorher in der Konfiguration die Testmail anschalten).

Was ergibt folgender Befehl:

export SMARTD_MAILER="/var/install/bin/smartmon-mail" ; export
SMARTD_FAILTYPE="ErrorCount" ;  /etc/smartd_warning.sh --dryrun
