[Eisfair_dev] sambaexpert: Überarbeitete neue Version 1.0.0

Das hatte ich im Thread irgendwo schon geschrieben, denn die
Konfigurationsdatei ist keine eisfair-like Konfigurationsdatei und eine
Check-Datei existierrt auch nicht, so dass der ece nicht genutzt werden
kann.

Daher auch die Nachfrage, ob mit joe (Fallback) geöffnet werden soll.

Damit sollte es dann aber gehen und dann auch automatisch, deshalb habe ich
den Weg gewählt, /var/install/config.d/sambaexpert.sh aufgerufen wird.
