[jacorb-developer] How to file a bug report

Hi,

Apologies but the bugzilla was being deluged by spam bots and we have 
had to disable new user creation temporarily. We plan to investigate 
options to limit the spam and re-enable registration.

In the meantime, feel free to email the list (and I can enter an issue 
for you).
