[Eisfair] E2 - Stunnel startet nicht

Hallo Andreas,

ich habe Dir einmal ein modifiziertes Paket zugesandt, welches auch
mit der veralteten libssl auf eisfair-2 Servern zurecht kommen sollte,
welche kein FIPS unterstützt.
