[Eisfair] Zeichensatzprobleme

Hallo,

bei meinen versuchen mit W10/putty0.70 --> E1/TERM=Xterm

funktionierte:

-mit der Putty - Standard-Einstellung: "mc" einwandfrei mit Line-Drawing Characters
                                        "setup" nicht (Buchstaben-Salat)

-mit der Putty-Einstellung: Window -> Translation -> Remote character set: ISO-8859-1 1998 (Latin-1, West Europe)
                          funktioniert "setup" mit Line-Drawing- Characters einwandfrei
				      "mc! nicht! (Buchstabensalat)

Mir scheint, dass im Setup-CUI der o.g. Character Set fest verdrahtet ist (somewhere). Jedenfalls ist es nicht UTF-8 (obwohl im 
(bash) Environment "LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8" eingestellt ist.)

P.S. Sollte "mc" nicht richtig dargestellt werden, kann man es als "mc -a" starten. Putty nennt das "Poor man's line drawing. 
Diese Einstelling gibt es auch im Putty  "Translation" Menü.
