Zum Vergleich mein derzeitiger eisfair1 auf HW, ja ich weiß, andere
Hardware aber schwächer und zudem Dienste ohne Ende. (apache, samba,
mail, bfb, clam, fax, antispam.....)

Im direkten Vergleich würde ich Einschätzen, dass die Unterschiede
zwischen eis1-HW und eis1-VM zu vernachlässigen sind und als Verlust
durch die virtualisierung zu verrechnen wären aber bei eis64-VM erachte
ich es schon für auffällig.

Was evtl. noch interessant ist, ich sollte mal Tests mit weniger
Kernen/Sockeln machen. Das habe ich jeweils von einem Kern bis vier
Kerne in allen Sockel/Kernel konstellationen durchgespielt.

Die jeweilige Performance von eisfair64 hat sich dabei aber wenn
überhaupt nur geringfügig geändert. Einzig die Prozessorauslastung in
der Proxmox-Konsole hat sich entsprechend verändert.
