[Eisfair] Update Base 2.8.15 online

Hallo Marcus und Holger,

das base Update klappte, jedoch wollte ich natürlich gleich auch
bind und iptables nachinstallieren bevor ich es irgendwann vergesse.
Es scheitert jedoch ein einem abhängigem XML-Package ->
libxml2-2
