ab 15:45 Uhr steht eine eisfair-Samba-Version 9.4.0 mit dem Status 
'stable' für eisfair-64 zur Verfügung.

   Also convert /usr/share/doc/samba/samba.txt to utf-8
   if needed.

- 4.11.7 (4.11.7-for-eisfair-64-patch-1, status testing).
- /var/install/config.d/samba.sh:
   Read /etc/config.d/locales if exist for TIME_ZONE
   of smbwebclient.
