Das hat aber mit deinem Nextcloud-Problem rein garnichts zu tun.

phpsysinfo ist eine Webanwendung, die selbst php nutzt, aber keine
php-Umgebung mitbringt.

Gibt es zum Altpaket phpSysInfo eine Fileliste in /etc/filelist.d=

Welche Fehlermeldung erscheint, wenn due 

eisman uninstall phpSysInfo machst?

Gibt es eine /var/install/deinstall/phpSysInfo?
