[Eisfair] Extlinux, wo ist die bin-extlinux

Wenn der Bootsector wech, dann cat mbr.bin > /dev/sdax?
Ohne count=xyz oder bs=xyzb? Funkt das so?

Ich habe zu extlinux ein distanziertes Verhaeltnis, da auch lilo nicht 
dynamische gelinkt ist, sollte es noch weiter einsetzbar sein. Klar bei 
Kernel-Updates etc muss man achten und nicht weinen. Eigene Verantwortung.

* Man weiss nie, was man in der extlinux.conf hat, man *muss* die die 
Datei schauen.
* Wenn Du ein -U laufen laesst, ist es ziemlich still. Es wird nix 
ausgegeben.
* es findet nicht die anderen Linux-Installationen, OK lilo auch nicht, 
aber grub
	Wenn Umstellung, warum nicht grub2, der kann auch Kaffee kochen. ;-)
* UEFI ist (weiterhin) nicht moeglich.
	Damit kann eis/x64 nur auf bios-System gebootet werden. Obwohl es 
konzeptionell und in der Betreuung durch Euch eine Kampfklasse fuer sich 
ist.
	Nur @home? Warum nicht auf UEFI-Server? Echte Kampfklasse.

Ich habe gestern -weil ich paar Runden drehen musste :-) - grub2 
nachgezogen:

Setzte _nur_ voraus, dass
	perl -MCPAN -e 'install Text::Unidecode'
installiert war/ist.

Ich kann, obwohl eisx64 wahrlich toll ist, diese Entscheidung nicht 
soooo ganz verstehen, bin auch nur Anwender. So bleibt eis hinter seinen 
Moeglichkeiten, denke ich. IMHO.
