[Eisfair] [E1 4.9.210-eisfair-64-VIRT] NextCloud einrichten

hallo Markus
nochmal vom Anfang
ich habe nextcloud deinstalliert da ich gesehen habe dass es inzwischen 
neuere Versionen gibt.

eisman uninstall nextcloud
eisman install nextcloud

da ist auch das Paket "php_sodium" mitgekommen
die Konfiguration noch mal angepasst und übernommen.

es wir am Server eine ****Key***.php Datei angelegt die überprüft die 
geladenen module mit folgenderAusgabe.
