[Eisfair] Update schlägt fehl

Hallo zusammen,
ich habe heute nach etwas längerer Zeit, den EIS mal wieder auf den 
neuesten Stand gebracht.
Allerdings schlägt das Update fehl.
Es fehlt irgendwie TAR.
TAR ist vorhanden, allerdings nicht aktuell.
Das Update schlägt fehl, die Deinstallation auch:
eisman update und eisman upgrade habe ich schon probiert, leider ohne 
Erfolg.
Wo hängt das ganze?

Deinstallation von tar:
