Thank you so much! That did the trick. Although I still don’t understand 
why a non-functional version of libheif is packaged in the standard 
repositories…



Ist da beim imagick-Paket vielleicht eine veraltete Komponente oder wie 
darf ich das verstehen?

Im nextcloud Protokoll finde ich
ImagickException: Unsupported feature: Unsupported codec (4.3000) 
`/var/nextcloud/data/alex/files/citron.heic' @ 
error/heic.c/IsHEIFSuccess/139

obwohl die config.php
array (
     2 => 'OC\\Preview\\HEIC',

und php8 ImageMagick Extension sind installiert.

Allerdings liefert
magick /var/nextcloud/data/alex/files/citron.heic /tmp/test.jpg
den Fehler Unsupported feature: Unsupported codec (4.3000) 
`/var/nextcloud/data/alex/files/citron.heic' @ 
error/heic.c/IsHEIFSuccess/139.

libheif 3.4.0 mit intern 1.15.2 ist installiert.
Auf
https://github.com/strukturag/libheif
sehe ich, dass 1.16.2die aktuellste ist.

Auf https://github.com/strukturag/libheif/releases
sehe ich keinen konkreten Hinweis, dass der Support der HEIC 
Konvertierung erst nach 1.15.2 eingeführt wurde.
