Ich vermute mal, dass duch nicht firebird als DB-System in nextcloud nutzt.

Dass das php8-cli beim Start darüber stolpert, ist logisch, was nicht 
heisst, dass firebird aktiv vom cli in deinem Fall genutzt wird.
