Update Buildroot-Base to 2026.02.1
fix missing fi after rework from packed
rework of linux-firmware.mk so it is more identical to buildroot-version
wlan: add a timeout loop to detect slow initializing wlan devices, cut 
iwconfig once (deprecated)
base: enumerate and move wlan-devices using iw insted of iwconfig 
(deprecated)
base: exclude wireguard interfaces (wg*) from ARPing, as they are not 
ARPable
wlan: correct driver name rtw88_8812auother -> rtw88_8812au
wlan: correct another typo
