[jacorb-developer] Fwd: Name Service

Firstly I would advise using the current beta although 2.3 should 
suffice for your needs.

You should configure ORBInitRef.NameService in your jacorb properties to 
point to where you will write your IOR (assuming you are using the 
simplest form of file IORs to start with). When starting the server, as 
documented in chapter 5 your will need to set the ior_filename to write 
out this reference.

Could you perhaps be clearer about where you are getting stuck? Have you 
tried starting the service?
