This is nothing to do with JacORB as such - how you write a Ant build 
file (if that build system is what you want to use....there are others 
e.g. Maven) is documented on the Apache Ant website.

If you are using the binary distribution (which are you using??) then 
you will have to unzip it again.

(Aside: we should probably disable 'clean' functionality in the binary 
distribution so this does not happen)
