Hmm. I am still not convinced ;-)

You didn't answer - why not start simply to understand interceptors 
rather than attempting to implement forwardrequests ? What are you 
attempting to accomplish and why?

Why not pass the IOR from Server1 to 2 ?

(note : I have not tried building your code as it does not appear to be 
buildable).
