[jacorb-developer] Notification Server Slowness

Hi Nick

I am using Jacorb 3.5 and the issue is resolved. 

The host where the notification server was running for multi homed and that IOR seems to contain multiple hosts ips. I modified the OAIADDR to the right interface and all seems good.
