[jacorb-developer] information concerning bug BZ1026 (and the Bugzilla system)

Hi.

I'm trying to get more information on bug BZ1026 that was fixed in version 3.8 but the I failed to get into the Bugzilla system
I guess the user creation system still off

(is there a way to create a user ?)

Is BZ1026 (that was fixed in 3.8) was for http://lists.spline.inf.fu-berlin.de/pipermail/jacorb-developer/2014-April/000418.html
If not, was the reported bug fixed ?
