[jacorb-developer] Java Service Wrapper Issue

It looks  like the problem is the configuration file - have you tried 
configuring the WRAPPER_CONF file (the NotifyService-Wrapper.conf ) as 
per 
https://wrapper.tanukisoftware.com/doc/english/props-example-config.html ?
