[jacorb-developer] NameService get Path of Object

Hi!

Actually i do a list() on the NameService and comparing each entry with resolve_str(orb.object_to_string(obj)).
If found, updating a lookup map.

Seems to work..

It is possible to get the path of an object (EventChannel) registered in NameService ?
 
In an NotificationService implementation i would try to get the channel name during a push (for logging purposes) - the IOR of the channel is available as it will be created by the factory (create_channel).
