[Eisfair] E1 s1 / sSMTP sendmail Emulation mit T-Online EMail-Account

Hallo,

ich habe einen E1:

base     : 2.2.1
eiskernel: 2.4.0 (2.6.32-eisfair-1-SMP)

mit sSMTP am laufen. Ich will über sSMTP Status Mails über einen 
T-Online Account verschicken.

Leider scheitere ich daran eine Mail zu versenden. Folgende 
Konfiguration, abgeschrieben aus Thunderbird in dem der Versand 
funktioniert.

Beim Versuch eine Mail zu verschicken kommt folgende Meldung:

Authorization failed (535 5.7.0 Authentication rejected / 
Connection-failure. Username or password incorrect. Please be aware, 
that the e-mail password is mandatory here. E-Mail-Adresse oder Passwort 
ungueltig! Bitte beachten Sie, dass hier das E-Mail-Passwort notwendig 
ist: www.t-online.de/email-passwort)

Kann das an der UTF-8 Einstellung des Systems liegen?
