[Eisfair] eisfair-Samba 2.32.0 (Status 'stable')

Hi @all,

es steht eisfair-Samba 2.32.0 mit dem Status 'stable' zur Installation 
bereit.

Die interne Samba-Version 4.3.9 enthält Fixes für Regressionen nach den 
Sicherheits-Updates in 4.3.8. Gleichzeitig habe ich die cifs-utils 
aktualisiert und sowohl Samba als auch die cifs-utils mit cap-Support 
übersetzt.


Changelog zur stabilen eisfair-Samba-Version 2.28.0 (2.30.0 wurde sehr 
schnell wieder zurückgezogen):
