[Eisfair] [E1] mpd startet nicht mehr, Problem mit ICU

dieses Update hat mein Server soeben auch gefunden.

mpd lässt sich vor und nach dem Update starten (seit der Installation
von libicu55_1-ledata funktioniert mpd ja wieder).
