Platte ist noch in Betrieb und beinhaltet die home-Verzeichnisse der 
user. Werde gleich die Daten auf eine neu Platte kopieren.

Aber was ist mit diesem neuen UUID? Ich würde die neue Platte einfach 
als /dev/sdd1 ins fstab einfügen.
