[fli4l] Bootprotokoll Meldung

Hallo,
Ich habe seit (sehr) geraumer Zeit folgendes in den Bootprotokoll Meldungen:

mounting boot device ... (/etc/boot.d/rc100.hdboot)
 	fsck.fat 3.0.26 (2014-03-07)
 	There are differences between boot sector and its backup.
 	This is mostly harmless. Differences: (offset:original/backup)

dann jede Menge Zahlen und Hex code

und dann:

Not automatically fixing this.
 	/
 	Bad short file name ().
 	Auto-renaming it.
 	Renamed to
 	/dev/sda1: 29 files, 5097/283091 clusters
 	finished mounting boot device ... (/etc/boot.d/rc100.hdboot)
Woher kommt das und wie kann man das verhindern?
Bin dankar für eine  ERklärung
