das Command Line Interface (CLI) wird über die Konfigurationsdateien
in /etc/php5/cli konfiguriert, die Webparameter werden nach meinem
Verständnis über die Dateien in /etc/php5/apache2 /etc/php5/conf.d
konfiguriert.
